What to Expect

As a new client of Amberlea Animal Hospital, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs. Our service will be provided with courtesy and respect.

When you arrive at our clinic for your appointment you will be greeted warmly by one of our client care specialists. On each appointment, to help us track the overall wellness of your pet over time, we will weigh your pet and record their weight. Our client care specialist will notify our veterinarians of your arrival and you will be ushered into an examination room as soon as we have one available. The goal of our veterinary clinic is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

One of our veterinarians will see you, examine your pet, take the time to address any concerns and answer your questions, and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary. You may see the Registered Veterinarian Technician to wrap things up, and she will provide you with further educational information and answer wellness and care questions for you. Our client care specialists will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.
